To confirm your reservation a 25% deposit is required. L'equilibrio (75%) is due 60 days prior to your arrival. If you are booking less than 60 days from your arrival day 100% of the amount will be due at booking.

A $300 refundable security deposit is required. The $300 will be refunded 7 days after checkout if there are no damages or excessive cleaning fees.
