Using the Cortesi Chair
Both the Flower room and the Mickey room have a cortesi accent chair that converts into a twin bed. It’s ideal when the children want to stay in the same room together. Here is how you can unfold the chair into a twin bed, and of course reversing the order will convert it back to a chair.
The best place to fold out the bed would be between both the existing twin beds in the room, that way the kids are close together and you don’t need to move too much furniture around.
You can find the twin bed sheets for the convertible chair in the closet of the respective room in a plastic bin.
Below are the steps to convert the chair into a twin bed, to convert it back into a chair simply reverse the steps.
Remove the pillow that is on the chair, you will see two zippers, unzip them and you will see the folded legs inside the chair pillow. Each leg pivots outward and locks into place.
once the legs are out you can now unfold the bottom of the chair Note: it’s best to have the chair already in place before unfolding it, it is much easier to move around when it’s still a chair.
There is a Cortsi convertible chair in each of the twin bedrooms.
On the back of the chair you will also see two zippers, open the zipper and you will find the other two legs. Pivot them outward and lock them into place.
Push the chair back forward a little, (that will unlock it) and bring the chair back down.
When converting it back into a chair please make sure to put back the accent pillow on top of the chair.
Step 1: open the zipper in the seat cushion and you will find 2 legs there, unfold them to OPEN position and lift the seat cushion like a page in a book). Now the legs are on the floor.
Step 2: There are also 2 hidden legs under a zipper in the back of the back cushion of the chair, same thing take them out.
Step 3: Pull the back cushion towards you, it will click and then put it down so the whole chair is flat and the other legs are on the floor
