Windsor Hills Welcome Center

The Windsor Hills Welcome Center is where you’ll go to initially get your guest pass for access to the resort and the amenities. Located in the same area as the welcome center is the cyber café business center where you can print or fax documents.

Also if you have some general questions stop by the welcome center and they’ll either answer your question or at least point you in the right direction.

The Windsor Hills Welcome Center is also where you rent the sports equipment for basketball, volleyball, ping pong, the putting green and tennis.

Keep in mind all the sports equipment is a FREE rental, you just need to provide a security deposit to use it.

Here’s a list of the equipment and refundable deposits needed to rent equipment at the welcome center:

  • Volleyball – $10.00 for a 3 hour rental
  • Tennis – $20.00 for a 3 hour rental
  • Basketball – $10.00 for a 3 hour rental
  • Putters and Golf Balls – $20.00 for a 3 hour rental
  • Ping Pong – $10.00 for a 1 hour rental

Windsor Hills Guest Relations

The Windsor Hills guest relations can be found in the welcome center, it’s open from 10am – 6:30pm Tues – Sat. If you’re stopping by the guest relations at other times the welcome center staff will be able to answer your questions. Visit guest relations to arrange for discounts on theme parks, golf, car rental, and virtually any other thing you may need during your stay.

Where Is The Windsor Hills Welcome Center

The Windsor Hills welcome center is on your right when you first drive in from the resort’s main entrance.

To get to the welcome center from the villa make a right when coming out the front door, make a left when you get to the end of the block, walk down the sidewalk along the lake and the first building on your left is the welcome center.

The welcome center is in the Windsor Hills Clubhouse, in the clubhouse you will also find the fitness center, ping pong tables, double Olympic sized pool, water slide, sundry shop, movie theater and game room.
