From Orlando International Airport (MCO), follow signs toward the Florida Turnpike / Walt Disney World area.

Head toward US-192 / Irlo Bronson Hwy and turn onto Windsor Hills Blvd. Proceed to the main gatehouse.

Show your gate pass to the attendant. They will issue a car pass for your vehicle — keep it visible on the windshield at all times.

Follow the road to Daulby Street. The villa is at number 2608. Use your door code on the Schlage keypad to enter.

To lock the deadbolt from outside: Press the Schlage button at the top of the keypad. If the keypad isn't working, you’ll get the code for the lockbox to the right of the front door, and it will also let the handyman know that the keypad needs to be looked at.
Clicking the button will also send an email.

Please put the key back into the lockbox after you use it, so it doesn’t get lost. 😉
If you arrive before 4:00 PM, you're welcome to park by the Clubhouse and enjoy the Windsor Hills pool, water park, and amenities while you wait.

Important: All drivers must be pre-registered with the gate before arrival. Show your Windsor Hills Pre-Reg Pass to the attendant along with your driver's license. The attendant will issue a car pass — anyone in your group can use it for the entire stay. Guests arriving via Uber/Lyft must also be pre-registered, or they will be turned away.
Estacionamento: 2 cars may park in the driveway without blocking the sidewalk. Street parking is NOT allowed.
Overflow parking is available in front of the Clubhouse — a 2-minute drive or 9-minute walk from the villa.Directions to Overflow Parking
All parking permits must be visible on the windshield at all times while in the community.
Registered guests cannot share permits with unregistered guests. Golf carts are not allowed in the community.
If expecting additional guests, notify Steve & Sandy during business hours at least 4 hours before their arrival.
Gate Passes
Windsor Hills Pre-Reg Pass process

Action required before arrival: Please send Steve & Sandy the names of the drivers in your group (one per car) so they can register them with the gate and issue your Windsor Hills Pre-Reg Passes. Unregistered drivers will be turned away — no exceptions.
Once you receive your Pre-Reg Pass, you can print it or show it on your phone at the gate. We recommend saving it to your phone before arrival.
Each driver must have: (1) a valid driver's license, (2) vehicle registration up to date, e (3) their own Pre-Reg Pass.
At the Front Gate, show the attendant your Pre-Reg Pass and driver's license. They will issue a Car Pass for your vehicle. Depois disso, anyone in your group can use that Car Pass to drive in and out for the entire stay.
Only the drivers who initially drive the cars into Windsor Hills need Pre-Reg Passes. Once the car is registered, other group members can drive it.
Uber/Lyft & day visitors must also be pre-registered before arriving or they will be turned away at the gate.
If you're expecting additional guests during your stay, notify Steve & Sandy during business hours at least 4 hours before their arrival. Otherwise, arrange to meet them at the gate.
Golf carts are not allowed in the community.

WiFi is available throughout the entire house. There is also a PC in the study area on the second floor for web browsing.
Starter pack provided: Paper towels, bathroom soap, toilet paper, kitchen trash bags, laundry & dishwasher pods, and dishwashing soap. Once starter packs run out, plan to replenish for the remainder of your stay.
Towels & linens are provided. Bath towels are on the bath racks (2 per bathroom) and in the first-floor bathroom closet (6 extra). Hair dryers are in every bathroom.
Coffee makers: Two 12-cup drip machines with permanent filters, plus a Keurig single-cup brewer.
Baby gear is available: berços, pack-n-plays, cadeira alta, carrinhos de bebê, exersaucers, porta do bebê, monitor, and more. See the Baby section for full details.
Safe: The house safe is located in the primary ensuite closet. The code is: -- followed by #.
First aid kit is in the left-hand drawer of the buffet table in the dining room. Fire extinguishers are in the kitchen (left of sliding doors) and at the top of the stairs on the second floor.

Your private south-west facing enclosed saline pool was recently refinished and converted to salt water — no harsh chemicals! The lanai features a table seating 8, 4 espreguiçadeiras, arbustos de privacidade, and a BBQ with propane included.
No glass containers in or around the pool area. Plastic and acrylic only.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool.
Please shower before entering the pool if coming in from the parks or outdoors.
Pool heat is included — contact Steve & Sandy to adjust the temperature.
The pool is private and enclosed. No outside guests unless pre-approved by host.
No diving. Please swim safely and responsibly.
Electronics & Entertainment
Smart TVs, streaming, gaming & surround sound
Every bedroom has its own TV. The Great Room features a 70" TV 3D LED Smart with Xbox One, 3D Blu-Ray player, Netflix, and surround sound with a leather sectional. The Living Room has a 55" LED Smart TV with HD Cable. The Mickey Room has a PlayStation 2.
Press Casa on the remote to access the Smart TV menu and select your streaming app. Guest accounts for Netflix and other streaming services are pre-loaded.
Please do not log out of any streaming accounts or change any account settings.
Xbox One and controllers are in the cabinet beneath the Great Room TV. PlayStation 2 is in the Mickey Room.
A PC is available in the study area on the second floor for internet browsing.
Spare batteries for remotes are in the kitchen junk drawer.

House Rules
Community & property guidelines
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum. For noise disturbances, contact the Osceola Sheriff's non-emergency line: (407) 348-2222. Violations may result in a $100 HOA fine per instance.
Maximum occupancy is 14 persons — this includes overnight guests, day visitors, and children. Exceeding capacity may result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors.
No confetti or glitter anywhere inside or outside the villa. These are very difficult to clean and will result in additional charges.
Do not move furniture. If you do rearrange anything, please return it to its original position before checkout.
Towels are for use inside the house only. Do not take them to parks, praias, or water parks — those facilities provide rentals.
Prohibited equipment: Portable AC units, additional fridges, and generators are not allowed in the community.
Please leave the house tidy. Excessive cleaning beyond normal standards is charged at $60/hour. Items left behind can be shipped for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs.

By 10:00 AM — what to do before you leave
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please complete the steps below before leaving. Thank you so much for staying with us — we hope you had an amazing vacation!

Load and start the dishwasher.

Take out all trash from every room and place in the outdoor bins.

Strip the used beds and leave linens on the floor or in the laundry room.

Leave used towels in the bathtub. Wash towels separately with laundry detergent & OxiClean (both provided) before leaving if possible.

Return all furniture to its original position if anything was moved.

Return any baby gear or items you moved back to their original locations.

Press Schlage on the top of the keypad to lock the deadbolt on your way out.

Kitchen & Grill
What you need to know about cooking at the villa
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a feast. There are happy little labels throughout to help you find what you need.
Existem plastic pool-safe drinking glasses in the kitchen cupboard. Please use those by the pool — no glass on the pool deck.
Dishwasher pods and dishwashing soap are provided in the starter pack. Refill as needed during your stay.
Please clean and put away all dishes, cookware, and utensils before checkout. Empty the refrigerator, kitchen drawers, and cabinets of any items you brought.
BBQ Grill
The BBQ grill is on the lanai. Propane is included in your stay.
Before checkout, please clean the grill, turn off the propane, and place the cover back on. A clean & covered grill is a happy grill!
If you switch out the BBQ propane tank with the spare, please let Steve & Sandy know so they can replace it.
Laundry
Washer, dryer & laundry supplies
The washer and dryer are in the laundry room on the ground floor. Pods de lavanderia, OxiClean, and spray stain remover are all provided.
Laundry pods are provided. Once the supply runs out, plan to replenish for the remainder of your stay.
If any towels or linens are stained, use the OxiClean and spray stain remover provided. Please do not leave stained items without treating them.
Before checkout, if you could place a load of white towels in the washer — it is very much appreciated (though not required).
Please wash towels separately from other laundry, using laundry detergent and OxiClean.
Heat & A/C
Thermostat settings & tips
Recommended temperature: Set between 72°F – 76°F. Due to Florida's high temperatures, it can be difficult to cool the house below this range.
Select Cool or Heat on the thermostat. Setting it lower than 72°F will not cool the house faster — it will just cause the system to overwork.
Keep all doors and windows closed while the AC is running. Leaving them open will cause the units to run endlessly and can cause the system to freeze up.
The AC unit automatically turns off if the sliding door or front door is left open for more than 10 minutes. It will restart automatically once the door has been closed for 10 minutes.

Water shut-off, alarms, pool fence & lightning
Water shut-off valve: Located outside the house on the right-side wall (when facing the house), just to the left of the pool equipment. Turn clockwise to shut off the water.
Rechargeable LED flashlight: Plugged into the outlet to the left of the buffet table by the dining room.
Smoke alarms: Located throughout the house and all interconnected — when one goes off, they all go off. To silence a false alarm, press the large button on any smoke detector.
Pool fence: The pool has a safety fence to keep little ones safe. Please keep the pool fence closed if there are young children in your group.
No glass by the pool. If glass breaks in the pool, it would need to be completely drained to remove shards — a very long process. Use the plastic pool-safe glasses from the kitchen cupboard instead.
Lightning — Florida is the lightning capital of the U.S. Follow the 30-30 Rule: when you see lightning, count seconds until thunder. If thunder roars within 30 seconds, the storm is dangerously close. Exit the pool immediately and go inside. Wait at least 30 minutes after the last lightning flash before returning to the pool.
Rainy Days
Fun things to do if it rains
Good news! It's rare for an actual rainy day in Florida — usually it's just a passing shower. But if you do end up staying in, here are some great options:
Game room: Professional 8-ft pool table, hóquei de ar, Foosball, e dardo.
Great room: Xbox One on the 70" TV, plus a big selection of games and entertainment.
Board games: Located on the lower shelf of the dining room buffet table.
Putting practice: There's a ball return putting mat and putter in the game room — work on your short game!
Windsor Hills Cinema: You can request films to be played at the community cinema — contact the Welcome Center at (407) 787-4255.
Trash & Recycling

None in Windsor Hills
Where to put trash: Place trash bags inside the Bench right outside the front door. Close the built-in latch to keep animals out. No trash should be left outside of the Bench.
Bag requirements: The valet trash service will NOT pick up untied bags. All trash must be in proper kitchen trash bags — supermarket bags will not be picked up.
Pour all liquids into the kitchen sink before bagging.
All cardboard boxes, including pizza boxes, must be broken down and tightly packed.
Double bag all glass bottles, diapers, pet waste, metal cans, and loose food.
Large items & boxes that don't fit in the Bench must be taken to the Community Compactor on Dinville Street, next to the Children's Playground — less than a 3-minute walk.Directions to Compactor
Checkout reminder: If the cleaning service has to remove trash left in or outside the house at checkout, a $50 service charge will be deducted from your deposit.
Package Delivery
Important — USPS does not deliver to Windsor Hills
Important: The US Postal Service does NOT deliver mail or packages to Windsor Hills. For Amazon or other deliveries, make sure they are shipped via UPS or FedEx directly to the house address.
If you have a package that must be delivered via USPS, you can have it sent to the local UPS Store for a small fee — about 10 minutes from the house.
