Nous avons eu une belle expérience au cours de notre séjour dans cette Villa. Nous avons loué plusieurs fois via VRBO et c’était de loin le plus facile, expérience plus agréable. Steve et Sandy ont été très sensible à toute demande et rapide pour être utile si jamais nécessaire. The house is huge and has all the little extras included such as pool heat and grill use that a lot of other owners try and to nickel and dime you for… We even arrived to a welcome package including snacks and drinks to get us started at the house! It is unbelievably refreshing to have owners who value the customer experience like Steve and Sandy. The house was in great shape and had a gorgeous salle de jeux. The location is awesome within Windsor hills. We were a short walk from the main club house which was awesome for the kids. The check out process is by far the least complicated and stressful for the guest that we have experienced. This comes in very handy when you have an early flight and are trying to get out of the house at some ungodly hour with kids in tow. We could not offer a higher recommendation for this property and its owners! Looking forward to coming back next year!! Thank you for a fabulous stay!
