"This home was very welcoming had more than was expected very clean and organized. The pool area amazing liked the gate if you have small children. The kitchen omg has everything you need. The host Sandy was amazing very friendly, we stayed connected in getting us prepared for our arrival as me and my family were there to celebrate my niece’s graduation We had an amazing time. The only regret I had was not spending more time to enjoy this beautiful home. Looking forward to stay again in the near future. La maison était exceptionnellement propre, très bien entretenue, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable family stay. The amenities were excellent, especially the private pool and hot tub, which were warm and ready to enjoy when we arrived. After long days at the parks, it was the perfect place to relax.We did have a small issue with the HVAC system during our stay, but the owner responded immediately and handled it quickly. The communication and care they showed really stood out and made us feel well taken care of.Overall, this is a fantastic home in Windsor Hills and a great place to stay when visiting the Orlando parks. We would absolutely stay here again and will definitely recommend it to friends and family."

The property lived up to all of our expectations! The house is clean, lovely, and very roomy. We had 10 people, plus a pug. We loved that there was a stroller for us to use so we didn’t have to lug ours on the plane. The saltwater pool and hot tub were exactly what we wanted after the heat and chaos of the theme parks. The adults in our party played in the game room until way after the kids went to bed every night. The TVs everywhere were another welcome wind down after such busy days. We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen and grilling outside, poolside. We spent our entire last day swimming, playing games, and watching a movie at the resort clubhouse. The best thing might have been the easy and consistent communication with Sandy and Steve! It gave us such peace of mind to know we could get a hold of them whenever we needed to. We highly recommend this property to anyone, but especially a large family! Our Queen size beds at home are going to feel so small now! Thank you for a great stay!"

"Our immediate family (2 fils, leurs conjoints, 1 fille et son petit ami, and 3 grandsons get together each year for a mini-vacation. We need a home with 6 bedrooms, which isn’t easy to find. Looks like we found the perfect place at Villa at the Castle at Windsor Hills. It is centrally located (we drive down from Gainesville and my sons drive up from South Florida. The community clubhouse is lovely as is the screened-in pool at our villa. I think our pool was in use all day and into the night. The kids, young and old, enjoyed the playroom, especially playing pool. De plus,, it was easy to have deliveries from Instacart and Olive Garden. Hats off to Sandy and Steve for being “Super Hosts”."

"My parents took my brother and I to Disney when we were younger and teens. Ainsi, I wanted to come back with my family, parents and brother and experience it all together again. This was the first big vacation for my kiddos. I found Steve and Sandy’s listing and knew the property would accommodate us all. Let me just say, it was even better in person. The house was so spacious, set with everything you need, in a great area for shopping, restaurants and Dunkin bc let’s face it…mom of 4 here and I need coffee. The gated community to Windsor Hills was so nice and the pool house was great, my kids loved it. But back to Steve and Sandy’s house…it was SO clean and my kids loved splitting their own rooms. The game room was a great touch and of course the back yard pool…a huge hit. It with stocked with all the baby things people would need, and room to all spread out and do your own thing. I’ve stayed a few places before but this house by far has been the best I’ve been in. Steve and Sandy were always messaging with details and information and anytime you messaged, they’d get back to you quick! They even took the time to write back with well wishes for my daughter’s surgery when we came home. Truly, such kind people. Thank you for allowing us in your home and to make new memories we’ll always remember. I’ve told friends about the house (some live in other parts of FL) and I hope to be back one day to do it all again 🙂 10/10 rating over here."

"This property is fantastic. Everything matched the description. The house was immaculate and comfortable. So many little touches that we were not expecting. Like hand soaps at every sink, laundry detergent and well maintained cribs and infant bathtub. The game room was fun and entertaining. The internet was fast and stable. One of my biggest boxes to check is to have a spa/hot tub that gets hot. And it did! I loved it. The pool was heated as promised with the ability for us to adjust as needed. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Exactly what you would expect in a gated community. We found the property conveniently located to everything. If this property is available for your dates consider yourself lucky.And if that isn't enough, Sandy and Steve were very attentive and responsive. They made our week in the Florida sunshine even more enjoyable. I am looking forward to returning to this property."

"We stayed at Steve & Sandy's Villa by the Castle for four nights in February 2025.Making the reservation, payment, and communication with Steve and Sandy was super easy. They answered messages right away. The house was super clean. We loved the pool and all of the pool toys.The garage was a game room, which was great for the kids. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean! The kitchen was stocked with the essentials and made cooking easy. Parking and driving in and out was easy. We were 5 minutes from Magic Kingdom, which was really nice. We left the house at 7:15 am and had no traffic issues. Coming home we did hit traffic at 5 pm. It took us about 15 minutes to get back to the house. Traffic in Orlando is just crazy! Ensemble, we had a wonderful stay at the Villa by the Castle! It was worth it to stay here instead of the overpriced Disney properties. We loved that it was private compared to a Disney resort. Grocery stores were close by, but they were busy. Walmart was a zoo on the weekends. Encore une fois, Steve and Sandy were great hosts and they keep a very clean property! We give them two thumbs up! : )"

"My husband I traveled with our adult children to celebrate his retirement. We visited Universal, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot. When we weren't at the parks we enjoyed the home, especially the pool and hot tub! The house was super clean and there were QR codes to assist in logging on the Wifi as well as link you to directions for the hot tub and pool. We utilized both of the living areas and kitchen. "My family and I had the pleasure of being guests at the Villa by the Castle to celebrate our children's May birthdays. Let me start off by saying the villa did not disappoint! We traveled with our twin 1 yr olds, our 2 yr old and and our 11 yr old plus the grandparents. Everyone was so comfortable and throughly enjoyed their stay. The amenities were plentiful and Steve and Sandy really put a lot of thought into their accommodations so that each guest, no matter the age, could be comfortable. From fully equiped sleeping arrangements for all ages (cribs etc.), to a fully staged kitchen equiped with all your cooking needs during your stay. The pool was clean and ready for use upon arrival. The pool staff even came to clean the pool during our stay. Steve et Sandy, I can't thank you enough for all you did to make our family vacation a success. We WILL be back!"

It would be impossible for you to find a better place to stay if you are considering renting a home near the Disney World parks. The owners have thought of everything to make it easy for renters. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, is spacious, has comfy beds, super nice washer and dryer, lovely pool, is close to anything you would need (Starbucks, Walmart, les parcs). This is the best house we have ever rented. When not at the parks, the kids used the pool (pool toys are provided), the X-Box, and the pool table and air hockey in the game room. Our time together at the parks was the highlight of our week, but this house will always be remembered as a highlight also. You cannot go wrong if you decide to rent this house."

The zero entry community pool was absolutely perfect for our 3 littles!! We felt like we were at a resort!! We also enjoyed many hours in our house pool! We loved having the natural barrier around the pool which provided us privacy. The close location to Disney Parks (and a huge Walmart!) was so convenient, too. Finally, Steve & Sandy were amazing hosts! We had a slight glitch with the house code when we originally arrived and they immediately replied with a new house code which worked. They were also quick to respond on a few of our other inquiries we had during our visit. We would definitely rebook this home for a future FL family gathering!! This was our first time traveling since having kids (and due to Covid) - we were with a one year old and soon to be three year old, plus had two friends and their daughter joining us so a super clean and baby/toddler friendly home was essential. I wasn’t sure it existed until I found Villa by the Castle. All the baby stuff we could think of was there - stair gate, pool gate, chaises hautes, poussettes, lits d’enfant, non-slip tub mats and baby bathtub, stool for our toddler to reach the sink, even a potty seat…just so much! And when I noted that the sun umbrella was broken on a stroller - the owners had a new stroller delivered the next day! Baby stuff aside, the house was awesome. Spacious, comfy beds, lots of seating, lovely decor, and safe thanks to being in a gated community. It was stocked with all the essential appliances including two coffee makers for big groups and even starter consumables such as detergent, toilet paper, dish sponges, etc.. which was nice. The owners made a really handy welcome guide that addressed everything we needed to know and for a few random questions we had, they were quick to respond. It was close to Disney and we had a wonderful stay. If you’re thinking of renting this house, don’t hesitate. The owners are very attentive and thoughtful people who clearly enjoy sharing their home with people who will care for it and appreciate it. My only regret is that we didn’t book longer!"

"Let's start with the negatives. There are none- that was easy. We had a wonderful stay. The pictures on the site are accurate but really don't really do the place justice. It's beautiful! We found it clean, ouvrir, bright and comfortable. The pool and hot tub on the lenai were a fantastic amenity. Let's talk about the kitchen! As a family that likes to cook we were pleasantly surprised to find every kitchen appliance and convenience tucked neatly inside the pantry! Steve and Sandy were excellent hosts. They sent us all the information we needed prior to our stay as well as some very handy extras on locations of nearby stores and attractions. "Really enjoyed our stay! The splash pad was the best we’ve ever seen and our kids loved it. Great water slides too. Main pool was a bit warm for our liking, but the pool at the house was always nice and cool. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Everything was as described and our family of 12 fit very well. Not sure we found 12 bath towels in the house, but there were 6+ pool towels as well. Didn’t like the owners rule of 74 degrees on thermostat at night. I understand the need of higher temps during the day due to heat of the area, but 70 should be acceptable at night. Would recommend some curtains too for windows to keep heat and light out. House was very clean except for the floors. The tile floor will turn your white socks black. House was very homey, great kitchen supplies and excellent amenities for kids (the reason we ultimately chose this home.) Would not recommend going to the Walmart close by. Drive the extra distance and go to Publix. You will save yourself time and sanity. Four corners has to be the busiest intersection area in Orlando. Always traffic, just give yourself a little time and be patient."

"Fantastic property with lots of little extras for families. We had a rough start to our vacation (flight delays), so having some things stocked in the house (toilet paper, soap, etc.) was SO appreciated! Great kid gear that was in excellent condition, pool was perfect, and Steve and Sandy were great. Very close to Disney, too! We absolutely would stay here again."

"This was the perfect home for our recent trip to Disney. Close enough yet far enough it didn't seem like we were in the hustle and bustle. The home was very clean and had most everything we needed. Only thing is that I wish it would have had a Christmas tree but we made do and my girls didn't seem to mind. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe feeling. It has a really nice water park and we loved the pool and hot tub in our backyard. Steve and Sandy were awesome communicators! Cannot wait to visit again!"

We didn’t use that much but it was nice that it was available. Thank you for also offering pool heat and propane for the grill at no extra cost. The baby gear came in usesful too for our little one. We couldn’t have had a more perfect place to stay. It was wonderful!"

"We visited for Disney World’s 50th. Steve and Sandy were extremely responsive, kind and helpful. The house is great- we loved the pool in particular. So close to the parks that it is as convenient as taking monorail/gondola/bus/cab to your hotel, but with lots more room, a full kitchen (so quick and inexpensive breakfast), a great pool, and all at a better cost! We will certainly return."

"The house was perfect for 14, 8 grandkids and 6 adults. Très spacieux, clean and comfortable. The private pool and hot tub were clean and everyone was able to enjoy them. Lots of toys and floats were provided. The owners provided everything you could need as far as cleanjng supplies whereas other houses we rented only provided starter packs. The owners were great when it came to communicating with them. They answered all questions and provided everything that was needed. Locations to Disneyp parks, Disney Springs and Universal were great! All within 30 minute drive. If you like to shop, there were plenty of outlets and mall near by. I would highly reccommend this house for anyone with a large family looking to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation."

"Everything about this vacation rental was on point... check-in, description of property, neighborhood, communication with owner. And the kitchen!! No need to eat out when you stay at the Villa by the Castle, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. But, if you want to grab food out the choices close by are numerous!! Will definitely be back!"

"We were in town for an AAU national basketball tournament which we also turned into a family vacation. We traveled with 10 adults and one teenager. The house was spacious, nettoyer, and very inviting. Sandy and Steve were amazing with their response time and instructions. We were so relaxed it felt like a home away from home. The Lanai was definitely our favorite spot in the house. We will absolutely return to Villa by the Castle and recommend it to anyone we know who may be traveling to Orlando!"

We were there for 6 days but could have stayed a month and not gotten bored."

"The house was perfect for our family of 13, lots of items for 18mo old, kids 4-8 adored the game room and pool & hot tub was enjoyed by parents , grandparents and kids. We ordered food in a couple of nights and the local restaurants were great having all orders quick and correct. Plenty of pool towels available, lots of extras to meet all needs and comforts of home. Community pool was fabulous and all community staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to all."

We didn’t even get a chance to use the club house amenities and didn’t feel that we missed out. "Really good spot for a family to say who wants to go to Disney but doesnt want to stay on Disney property. Very close (under 15 min) drive to all the Disney resorts. The house is big, clean and nice. Great pool/hot tub. The community pool is fun too. This is well managed and the owners are great at communicating and preparing you for your trip.
