Has everything you need and then some to make your stay welcoming and feeling like home! The hosts were wonderful with communication and helping with all our needs. Even shipped item left behind! "My husband I traveled with our adult children to celebrate his retirement. We visited Universal, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot. When we weren't at the parks we enjoyed the home, especially the pool and hot tub! The house was super clean and there were QR codes to assist in logging on the Wifi as well as link you to directions for the hot tub and pool. We utilized both of the living areas and kitchen. It was a great value as well!"

"This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone and stocked with everything we needed and more. The biggest pleasure was the pool and hot tub. That was the biggest hit with everyone. It was used every day even though we out every day doing theme parks and sightseeing. House was nicely decorated, and everything labeled and was stocked with needed items for cooking if you were doing that but we at out or did take out. Would definitely use this location again if every had the need. I will recommend this property to anyone looking for this type of property."

"My husband, 1 year old, best friend and her husband and their one year old stayed here, and it was honestly sucha a great stay! Sandy and Steve were the BEST hosts we have ever had. So communicative, so sweet, so informative, just all around great hosts! And their house!? OMG amazing! We all couldn't stop talking about how great it was! The pool was clean, hot tub was amazing, living areas were perfect for our boys to run/crawl around, the beds were so comfy and the main master bathroom was incredible! It genuinely felt like home to us! We had one very small issue with the kitchen faucet, but I reached out to Sandy & Steve, and the NEXT DAY we had a handyman there to fix it! HOW CONVENIENT AND ON TOP OF IT ARE THEY! Highly recommend this rental, and I am genuinely hoping we can stay here again!"

"My family and I had the pleasure of being guests at the Villa by the Castle to celebrate our children's May birthdays. Let me start off by saying the villa did not disappoint! We traveled with our twin 1 yr olds, our 2 yr old and and our 11 yr old plus the grandparents. Everyone was so comfortable and throughly enjoyed their stay. The amenities were plentiful and Steve and Sandy really put a lot of thought into their accommodations so that each guest, no matter the age, could be comfortable. From fully equiped sleeping arrangements for all ages (cribs etc.), to a fully staged kitchen equiped with all your cooking needs during your stay. The pool was clean and ready for use upon arrival. The pool staff even came to clean the pool during our stay. Steve et Sandy, I can't thank you enough for all you did to make our family vacation a success. We WILL be back!"

We spent 2 days at Disney and I at Universal and then the other days we enjoyed the house/resort amenities. We cooked in several evenings with the fully stocked kitchen. "My wife and myself wanted to have a once in a lifetime Disney experience for our family which included our 3 sons and their better half’s as well as our 4 wonderful grandchildren. So it was very important to us to have no surprises. Well from the very start our host Sandy and Steve were absolutely marvelous they made the whole process really easy and they covered ever detail of the rental process. If I had a question I got my answer immediately. The house was everything we expected and more. It was spotless and organized and everyone really enjoyed the game room and pool. Disney world was an easy 10 min drive from the house so we didn’t need to get everyone up really early to get to the park. The days when we didn’t go to a park the main pool area in the resort was fantastic. I couldn’t recommend this house and the wonderful host any higher. If I could rate this review eleven out of ten I would."

"We stayed at this property to visit universal and Disney and we had a wonderful time. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and very helpful. The property had all the baby equipment we needed so we didn't need to pack our own. The property also has wonderful amenities to entertain kids and infants both in the house and at the property club house. We were only about 20 minutes from Disney and maybe 25 minutes to Universal and that made it easy to get to the parks at opening. We definitely plan to stay at this property again if it's available for our next Disney vacation."

"This house worked great for us and let my teen and college kids spread out a bit and have their own rooms and bathrooms. House was very clean and the kitchen was very well appointed. We didn’t use the pool or game room but those seemed nice as well. The house is inside a large gated neighborhood so it does take awhile to enter and exit due to car backups and it isn’t necessarily walkable to shops or restaurants if that is something you’re interested in. About a 15 min drive to Disney with traffic and all of the stop lights. Sandy was great to work with and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her Vrbo."

It is also only about a block from the clubhouse and arcade/swimming. Steve et Sandy, our host answered any questions I text them within minutes. You can't ask for more and we hope to go back one day."

"Our family of 11 (children ages 6, 9, 12 and 16) stayed here over Thanksgiving for one week. It would be impossible for you to find a better place to stay if you are considering renting a home near the Disney World parks. The owners have thought of everything to make it easy for renters. De plus,, Sandy & Steve are excellent hosts, always responding quickly to any questions or issues you may have. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, is spacious, has comfy beds, super nice washer and dryer, lovely pool, is close to anything you would need (Starbucks, Walmart, les parcs). This is the best house we have ever rented. When not at the parks, the kids used the pool (pool toys are provided), the X-Box, and the pool table and air hockey in the game room. Our time together at the parks was the highlight of our week, but this house will always be remembered as a highlight also. You cannot go wrong if you decide to rent this house."

"The house was beautifully kept and very clean when we arrived. There are signs and labels for everything so no one gets confused. Every switch is labeled with its function. We had a little trouble with the spa upon our arrival, but the hosts were very responsive and quick to get the problem fixed. "This property exceeded our expectations!! We had a 3 generational gathering at this home and we truly don’t think we could have picked a better place! The location of the house is so convenient to the Castle Park and Community Pool (both places we frequented ALOT due to our grandkids’ ages: 3-1/2, 1-1/2 & 7 months). The zero entry community pool was absolutely perfect for our 3 littles!! We felt like we were at a resort!! We also enjoyed many hours in our house pool! We loved having the natural barrier around the pool which provided us privacy. The close location to Disney Parks (and a huge Walmart!) was so convenient, too. Finally, Steve & Sandy were amazing hosts! We had a slight glitch with the house code when we originally arrived and they immediately replied with a new house code which worked. They were also quick to respond on a few of our other inquiries we had during our visit. We would definitely rebook this home for a future FL family gathering!! Steve et Sandy, thank you for being top notch hosts and for allowing our family to make so many amazing memories at your home!!"

"Thank you Steve and Sandy for a wonderful home away from home! This was our first time traveling since having kids (and due to Covid) - we were with a one year old and soon to be three year old, plus had two friends and their daughter joining us so a super clean and baby/toddler friendly home was essential. I wasn’t sure it existed until I found Villa by the Castle. All the baby stuff we could think of was there - stair gate, pool gate, chaises hautes, poussettes, lits d’enfant, non-slip tub mats and baby bathtub, stool for our toddler to reach the sink, even a potty seat…just so much! And when I noted that the sun umbrella was broken on a stroller - the owners had a new stroller delivered the next day! Baby stuff aside, the house was awesome. Spacious, comfy beds, lots of seating, lovely decor, and safe thanks to being in a gated community. It was stocked with all the essential appliances including two coffee makers for big groups and even starter consumables such as detergent, toilet paper, dish sponges, etc.. which was nice. The owners made a really handy welcome guide that addressed everything we needed to know and for a few random questions we had, they were quick to respond. It was close to Disney and we had a wonderful stay. If you’re thinking of renting this house, don’t hesitate. The owners are very attentive and thoughtful people who clearly enjoy sharing their home with people who will care for it and appreciate it. My only regret is that we didn’t book longer!"

"Let's start with the negatives. There are none- that was easy. We had a wonderful stay. The pictures on the site are accurate but really don't really do the place justice. It's beautiful! We found it clean, ouvrir, bright and comfortable. The pool and hot tub on the lenai were a fantastic amenity. Let's talk about the kitchen! As a family that likes to cook we were pleasantly surprised to find every kitchen appliance and convenience tucked neatly inside the pantry! Steve and Sandy were excellent hosts. They sent us all the information we needed prior to our stay as well as some very handy extras on locations of nearby stores and attractions. They checked on us to make sure we got in ok and when we had some car trouble they were exceptionally responsive to our questions about a repair shop. My family and I look forward to staying again! "Really enjoyed our stay! The splash pad was the best we’ve ever seen and our kids loved it. Great water slides too. Main pool was a bit warm for our liking, but the pool at the house was always nice and cool. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Everything was as described and our family of 12 fit very well. Not sure we found 12 bath towels in the house, but there were 6+ pool towels as well. Didn’t like the owners rule of 74 degrees on thermostat at night. I understand the need of higher temps during the day due to heat of the area, but 70 should be acceptable at night. Would recommend some curtains too for windows to keep heat and light out. House was very clean except for the floors. The tile floor will turn your white socks black. House was very homey, great kitchen supplies and excellent amenities for kids (the reason we ultimately chose this home.) Would not recommend going to the Walmart close by. Drive the extra distance and go to Publix. You will save yourself time and sanity. Four corners has to be the busiest intersection area in Orlando. Always traffic, just give yourself a little time and be patient."

Everything was so neatly labeled and they had everything we needed (even cereal bowls with the straws attached- so fun!!). and Steve and Sandy were easy to get ahold of and responded right away. Having the pool right out the back door was great and so perfect for letting the kids swim and play anytime of the day! The kids couldn’t believe there was a game room in the house!! The location was close to both the playground and the large pool and water park. We had a wonderful vacation and wish we could have stayed longer, but we definitely made the most of it in this perfect house!"

"The rental process was simple from start to finish. Check in was made so easy by the use of a passcode and enabled members our family to get into the rental house at separate arrival times. The home was immaculate, comfortable and spacious, and well stocked with anything you might need on a vacation with children and adults! There was nothing we needed that we couldn’t find right in the house. The property was located very close to the Disney Parks, had a beautiful private pool and a park/ playground right on site!"

"The house, pool and neighborhood were great. There were a few problems with the house and the owner took care of them immediately. My gripe is with Windsor Hills. Our family had 3 cars. We needed a pass for all cars. No problem. Third car had to park at Club House (Windsor Hills policy) No Problem. Saw many homes with 3 cars parked on their driveways! Had a family member staying at Disney and wanted to come to the house for Super Bowl. Called the front gate to see if she could come for a few hours and they said no. Only 3 cars. She had to park her car at the local Walmart and we had to go and pick her up. Not happy with that. Overall a great house!!!"

We cooked at home a lot and we’re thankful for a stocked kitchen with all the appliances and dishes etc. The baby equipped house was great so we didn’t have to bring additional items on the plane. The washer was acting up prior to our arrival (but still functional) so they arranged a brand new one to be delivered during our stay. Much appreciated, because with 4 kids there is a lot of laundry! Having the playground and clubhouse so close was great, we loved walking the neighborhood as well. House was clean and plenty of space for our family vacation with 8 adults and 4 kids. Kids loved the pool at the house as well. Getting to Disney was super easy and we loved how close the parks were. We will be returning for sure!"

The owners were great when it came to communicating with them. They answered all questions and provided everything that was needed. Locations to Disneyp parks, Disney Springs and Universal were great! All within 30 minute drive. If you like to shop, there were plenty of outlets and mall near by. Even our dogs adjusted great to being there cause it was so homey. Something of great importance to our family..the protective removable fence to keep a two year old safe when not using the pool was a great thing to have. A well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates and utensils. The only thing we can recommend is booking any reservations for restaurants in advance or you may not get in! We were there spring break and they may have had a lot to do with it. The entire community is well maintained and the kids all enjoyed the the main pool with the slides. The response from the owners was almost immediate to any questions we had. They were beyond gracious and helpful. Do not hesitate to book this house....absolutely great family vacation with little ones and our pets."

"We just spent over a week in this wonderful home. It is perfect for a family vacation to Disney or other close by attractions. Windsor Hill has lots of amenities and the water park is very nice but our grand children really enjoyed coming home each day to the private pool and spa at Villa by the Castle. When not experiencing Disney, we spent lots of time swimming, playing games and relaxing on the lanai. We went to each of the parks and the drive was so short. It was awesome having the well stocked kitchen and grill for meals. Steve and Sandy have anticipated all of the things you need in a temporary home to have a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The big house and indoor pool gave us plenty of space for our group of 11, with 4 little ones, to not only spread out but also enjoy precious time together. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the kids loved the rec room. We also made multiple trips to Cocoa Beach for awesome beach time and deep sea fishing just an hour drive away. Overall the house was amazing, the location was great and the homeowners had great communication. We will hopefully be back!!"

"Cette maison a été un excellent choix pour nos vacances en Floride! Nous ( famille de quatre personnes - enfants 3, 5) reste pendant une semaine à la Villa par le château avec des amis (famille de 5 - enfant en bas âge et deux enfants 3, 5). La mise en page était parfait, avec suffisamment de chambres à l'étage pour tout le monde, de plus au sous-sol supplémentaire qui les enfants utilisés comme un "salle de cinéma" pendant que les parents détendus dans le domaine de la grande salle de séjour/cuisine. La meilleure partie de cette Assemblée était la piscine. La piscine est grande et il y avait beaucoup de jouets/flotteurs de piscine pour les enfants d'utiliser. Le ventilateur extérieur a très bien fonctionné et a donné une bonne brise. Les enfants ne veulent pas quitter la piscine pour ne rien toute la semaine, ils ont eu une explosion jouant ensemble qui fait pour une parfaite détente des vacances pour les adultes. Nous n'avons aventurer cependant, Nous avons utilisé le terrain de jeu Château, piscine (enfants ont adoré la plaque glissière et les éclaboussures d’eau), et la boutique resort pour les collations. L'emplacement de la station est également très proche de Disney, Downtown Disney, Shopping, sorties et restaurants. La météo prévoyait orages tous les jours, qui la plupart du temps se produisait mais seulement en fin d'après-midi dure seulement 20 minutes- une heure. C'était + 30 degrés tous les jours et merveilleuses vacances de notre hiver canadien depuis longtemps. Il y avait seulement quelques petites "bosses".. .nous ne savais pas que le propane pour le BBQ était un supplément (mais seulement $35) et doivent être commandés à l'avance. Une fois que nous avons appelé la société de gestion, il a fallu une journée pour recevoir le réservoir. Utilisation de BBQ, Cependant, était gratuit et ce n’est pas le cas pour toutes les locations. Aussi le chauffe-piscine ne fonctionnait pas correctement, Quand nous sommes arrivés il était trop chaud pour la natation. Ce problème a été corrigé et la piscine était parfaite. Aussi, à la fin de la semaine la piscine devait être nettoyé (peut-être un problème avec le filtre?). Nous avons appelé la société de gestion et ils sont venus minutes plus tard et nous avons pu utiliser la piscine plus tard ce jour-là. Globalement, ce fut une grande maison de vacances... très propre, mise à jour et familiale sympathique. Les propriétaires ont été un plaisir de travailler avec pendant le processus de réservation et vérifié avec nous plusieurs fois au cours de notre voyage. "This house was a fantastic base for a much-needed end-of-2020 family vacation. The location is perfect for beach days to the Atlantic or the Gulf, swimming with manatees, and the theme parks in Orlando. There was plenty of space to hang-out, there were enough bedrooms with king beds for all the adults in our group. La piscine, Remous, and especially the grill all got used often. Nous étions si heureux que les crèches, chaises hautes, poussettes, jouets etc.. ont été neuf et fourni pour notre usage. Tout le confort de la maison, il profiter. "First impression - the property is even nicer in person than the pictures online. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The home owners were very accommodating. We had an issue with the internet once and they got back to us within 5 minutes with a solution. We have 2 kids under 3 and the owners provided us with the use of 2 pack n plays, a high chair, a stroller, un moniteur de bébé, an exersaucer and small wooden crib, which made packing and travelling much easier on us. My grandmother and her friend also stayed with us, so it was nice having a bedroom and bath on the ground level for those that might have a hard time with stairs. You can't beat the location - Il se trouve à Disney et une très courte promenade dans les collines de Windsor pour obtenir au club house. Notre fils a vraiment apprécié la piscine splash de pad et walk-in au club house. La Cour de récréation, qui est juste autour du coin, était aussi grand. Puisque nous avons 2 petits enfants nous avons rarement mangé dehors et tout ce que nous avions besoin de cuisiniers repas (Outre la nourriture) a été fourni et propre. Nous allons certainement rester ici encore une fois!"

"Cette maison était un pur délice. Il était très propre, la salle de jeux est climatisé, TV était excellents, et le service à la clientèle était excellent. La coupe courte les propriétaires à Disney étaient excellents, et chaque fois que j'avais une question, ils ont répondu instantanément. Il est inutile pour notre famille de regarder plus loin, n'importe quel moment, nous arrivons à Orlando, Nous savons maintenant où nous resterons. Cet endroit était tout ce que nous voulions et l'emplacement était parfait!!!"

"Cette maison était tout ce que décrit et bien plus encore! Nous étions un groupe de 9 (6 adultes, 3 enfants). L’espace et Commodités vraiment tout le monde fait sentir comme chez vous. Tout ce que nous avions besoin et voulait était là pour nous. Les enfants ont pu profiter de la nouvelle salle de jeux et piscine (les adultes a fait aussi). La télévision énorme était parfaite pour profiter de films et la finale de la coupe Stanley! Et quelqu'un pourrait se faufiler hors de leur propre salle pour leur propre calme. C’est un endroit parfait pour Disney World et est à proximité des commerces, autres attractions et points chauds dans les zones d’Orlando et Kissimmee. Nous vous recommandons absolument cette maison et un plan de retour à nous-mêmes! Une vraie maison loin de maison!"

"La chambre était exactement comme montré et décrit. Nous avons adoré la piscine et se littéralement 5-10 minutes de Disney. Les propriétaires, Steve et Sandy, et la société de gestion a répondu très rapidement à toutes les demandes et était un plaisir. Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment comme si nous étions maison. Beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants ont moins de 10 minutes de l'hôtel. Google maps a donné précises-par-tour directions. Adoré chaque minute de notre séjour! Merci Steve et Sandy!"

"The house was perfect for us and had everything we needed for our stay. Nous avons eu deux familles avec un total de 4 adultes et 8 enfants. Everyone had a bed (and crib for the smallest) to sleep in. The kitchen had everything we required and more. It took us a while to figure out the pool/hot tub heating but with the help of the owner we had it running properly. The house was awesome and the location was in close proximity to the theme parks. The owners were always quick to respond to my emails/inquiries. I would recommend this house to anyone."

"Nous avons aimé votre séjour à la Villa par le château. Il a fourni autant d'espace pour nous et était très propre. There were so many activities that our kids loved including the awesome game room and pool toys. Les systèmes de jeu dans les chambres ont également un grand succès avec les enfants. Nous avons eu un problème avec le Wi-Fi, mais le propriétaire a répondu très rapidement et nous a guidés à travers certains dépannage qui a eu très peu de temps. "Steve et Sandy: Merci tellement de votre maison. Il y avait 9 d'entre nous en vacances et la maison était parfaite. Il était assez grand pour ne pas être les uns sur les autres. Everyone had their own TV and Games in their bedrooms and your new game room was beautiful and lots of fun. Le premier jour en vacances, nous sommes restés la maison et est allé à la diapositive grande piscine. We swam in the pool for hours and had a BBQ's on deck. La propriété était propre et entretenu extrêmement bien et rempli avec toutes les commodités vous pouviez besoin éventuel. La description de la propriété était exactement ce que nous avons vu en ligne et de l'ameublement de maison ont été très à l'aise. En fait, une fois arrivés à la maison j'ai texte mon fils pour voir si il dormait bien dans son propre lit et il m'a demandé pour savoir ce qu'était le nom de marque de votre matelas parce qu'il veut un! Nous avons remarqué que notre piscine était un peu plus grand qui était sympa. L'emplacement de votre propriété n'ont pas mieux. Nous sommes allés à 5 parcs tous ensemble. Les trois parcs Disney ont été quelques miles et Universal et SeaWorld étaient très proches aussi bien. Qui permet de ne pas devoir conduire longtemps après une longue journée. La prochaine fois nous allons faire un parc de moins parce que les enfants je voulais juste rester à la maison! Nous avons déjà recommandé à ma famille et mes amis qu'ils doivent rester à votre domicile! Lorsque nous le faisons encore une fois nous allons certainement rester avec vous!"

The Windsor Hills property was lovely and well maintained. La seule recommandation que j'ai, c'est s'il y avait plus de serviettes, vêtements et draps. Nous avons apporté des extras avec nous et juste a profité de la belle laveuse et sécheuse. Les propriétaires fournissaient excellent service clients et se sont empressés de répondre aux questions. Nous nous sommes aventurés sur seulement un peu pour les points de vente et le Ripley de que nous avons trouvé tout autant plaisir à la piscine, salle de jeux, films, aire de jeux et le Club-House. Cette location de vacances valait l'argent!!!"

L’emplacement au sein du complexe est très pratique pour les enfants car il est à 2 minutes à pied de l’aire de jeu ou de la grand piscine/clubhouse partagé. Steve et Sandy ont été extrêmement agréable à traiter et a aidé avec les questions que nous avions. Sur le plan de la maison elle-même, belle et spacieuse. Très propre à l’arrivée, a tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour les petits enfants (Pack et pièces de théâtre, chaises hautes, veilleuses) and the layout itself is great for multiple families. The only downside to the home was that I had a hard time coming back to my own 40" TV after watching the 70" home here. Ensemble, excellent home and I would stay again in a second!"

"Windsor Hills is a gated community with centralised facilities such as pool, sports facilities and club house. The villa is within easy access of many good eateries and travelling distance to Disney/Universal parks and Kissimee Old Town. The villa is spacious, very well-equipped and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here spending lots of time in the pool, games room and having family time in the main living room. The males in the group really enjoyed the 70" pousse télé et x-box. Would not hesitate to recommend to others."

"All the little things stocked in this home made our stay one of the best rental homes out of the dozen we have tried. When we hit terrible traffic causing a super late arrival, the owner surprised us with all we needed to have a great breakfast. In addition to having a waffle iron, coffee maker w mesh filter, great pots and pans they provided all the little things that add up financially. ( dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc.). In addition they had 2 xboxes, a TV in every room, 2 awesome strollers, games and anything else you might need. Lastly, the mattresses were fantastic! The hosts were very accommodating and we look forward to returning next year. The only thing I would request would be some serious curtains in the master in addition to the current blinds because the afternoon sun does a number on the temperature in the master bedroom. Heureusement, the ceiling fan worked well and cooled it off quickly."

"We were 6 guys on a golf trip to Florida in January and the house was great. It is in a great location to get to Orlando, Disney and the golf in the area. There are tons of restaurants nearby for those who don't want to cook. The house is the perfect size for 6 guys on a golf trip. It would be tight for 8 as two of the rooms with twin beds are not very big. The The kitchen/ eating/ living area was nice size as well. Not too big and not cramped. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec l’eau comme le chauffe eau ne fonctionnait pas correctement et le chauffage de la piscine/spa était dehors pendant la majeure partie de la semaine. Les propriétaires étaient incroyablement sensibles et avaient des techniciens à la maison tous les jours pour résoudre les problèmes. Je suppose que la maison n’aura pas un problème avec l’eau chaude et la piscine/spa pendant une longue période. I would definitely recommend the house to visitors to Disney and the area."
