How Do I Check-In?

We’ll send you a check-in message about a week prior to your arrival with all kinds of information, including your unique keycode that you’ll use during your stay.

Simply lock all the windows and doors when you leave and make sure to take all your belongings with you.

When is Check-In and Check-Out Time? Is a Late Check-Out Possible?

Check-In time is 4 PM and Check-Out time is 10 AM. The Check-In and Check-Out times are there so we can have time to ensure everything is in good working order prior to your stay.

Is There a BBQ?

Yes there is, we have a 4 burner stainless steel BBQ. During your stay we also include propane free of charge. Most other houses in the area charge extra for BBQ rental and propane, we figured it made our guest’s vacations run smoother if we just included them for free.

Where can we buy groceries?

There’s plenty of places to go grocery shopping in the area. There are several Publix supermarkets close buy, a Target Superstore about 10 minutes drive and the closest supermarket is a Walmart that is on the corner.

Is The Pool Heated?

Yes the pool and spa are heated, during your stay the pool heat will be on free of charge.

Other homes in the area charge extra for pool heat, we figured it was more comfortable for our guests to have a heated pool during their stay so we included it free of charge.

We also don’t prevent you from changing the pool temperature. Usually it’s set around 88 degrees but you’ll be able to set it higher or lower to suit your preference.

We just upgraded the pool heater, to a whisper quiet model that can heat the pool and spa even when the temperatures drop below 55 degrees! Most pool heaters in Florida stop working below 55 degrees, that won’t be the case during your stay! 🙂

Is There Telephone And Internet?

Sim, we provide high speed WiFi and telephone with free unlimited calling to the US and Canada.

Is The Villa Cleaned Daily?

No it’s not. The Villa is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. If you’re interested you can request a mid-stay cleaning for an additional charge. A mid-stay cleaning includes: washing all sheets and towels, cleaning all bathrooms and the kitchen area, vacuuming and dusting, varrer e limpar juntamente com atualizando seus produtos de papel do acionador de partida.

We do provide laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, a first roll of toilet paper and a starter bottle of body wash, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom.

If you need some small items and don’t want to drive to the store you can pick up a lot of those items at the Diversos loja Windsor Hills.

How Old Do I have To Be To Reserve A Home?

The minimum age to reserve is 26 years old. We screen our guests to determine group profile and the state and counties require a list of all persons staying in our home.

This is part of the terms and conditions contract that you must complete and return to us ASAP after making your reservation.

What Should My Overall Expectations Be?

If you’re looking for a comfortable private home with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 4 bathrooms an HD TV in every bedroom, a private pool and spa then this is the house for you.

Is the Villa Suitable For Young Children?

Absolutely! We’ve had plenty of children staying at the Villa. We have many baby items that are available FREE for your use.

How Close Is The Villa To Area Attractions?

During your stay you will not be very far from anything the area has to offer. Here are the distances from some of the star attractions:

Disney: 1.5 miles

Universal: 15 miles

SeaWorld: 11 miles

Legoland: 31 miles

How Many People Are Allowed To Stay In The Villa?

By state law, occupancy may not exceed 14 people, including infants and children.

Will I Need Pool Heat?

It depends. During the hot summer months most people don’t want pool heat. We always like pool heat no matter what the outside temperature is, so in the summer it’s really a matter of preference. In the winter you will need pool heat to feel comfortable.

Will The Pool Heat Be Enough?

During the winter months there are occasionally days where the temperature drops. With our brand new whisper quiet pool heater, even if the air temperature drops to 55 degrees the pool heater will be able to provide a heated pool and spa.

Is the Villa Non-Smoking?

Yes the Villa is non-smoking only. Smoking is allowed outside, either in the front of the house or by the pool area.
