When you’re looking for a house that can sleep 14 people, it’s important that the rest of the house can also accommodate that many people.
Often times you see an Orlando vacation rental where they load up on the beds so they have a high sleeping count but the rest of the house is small and can not possibly handle the amount of people that it’s supposed to sleep.
The house needs areas for everyone to relax, feel comfortable and enjoy each other’s company without feeling crammed or uncomfortable.
This HomeAway luxury villa does exactly that, it’s a large house designed for the amount of people it sleeps. Featuring several areas where groups can sit, relax and enjoy each other’s company – both indoors and outdoors.
The Game Room
The game room features an 8 foot slate professional pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, dart board and putting green.
The game room is extremely comfortable with complete climate control (both air conditioning and heating).
The Great Room
Depending on the time of year, the great room is where most of the relaxing happens. The great room opens up to the kitchen, overlooks the pool and has the huge 70″ 3D LED TV.
The two most used living spaces are the lanai area in the summer and the great room when it’s chillier, raining or movie night.
Living Room
Since the living room is not in the heart of the house (where the kitchen and great room are), it’s a nice place to get a little quiet time.
We’ve also recently added a 55″ LED TV and rearranged the furniture to make it more comfortable and it’s now a great place for the kids to watch TV while the grown ups watch a game on the big screen in the great room.
Kitchen
In addition to the large french-door refrigerator, 4 burner glass-top stove, microwave and high-end Bosch dishwasher we also provide:
- two 12 cup coffee makers as well as a Keurig coffee maker
- toaster
- water boiler (electric tea kettle)
- Electric Can Opener
- Rice Cooker/Steamer
- Popcorn Maker
- Waffle Maker
- Hot Dog Cooker
- Pyrex
- Plenty of silverware, dishes and glasses
The Villa’s kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of silverware and dishware for the entire group as well as all the usual appliances that you’d expect in a house and appliances you may not have expected.
The Lanai
The Lanai is were you will probably spend most of your time. With seating for everyone, multiple lounge chairs, ceiling fan, 4 burner stainless steel BBQ and the pool right next to it, the lanai is a great place to spend the day or evening.
With all the pool games and the pool-side basketball hoop it’s a great place to watch the kids (and the adults) play in the pool.
Since the entire outdoor space is screened in you don’t have to worry about the Florida bugs bothering you while you spend time outdoors.
The pool was also converted to saline. It’s one of the few Windsor Hills Resort vacation rentals with a salt water pool.
There are also privacy bushes around the pool enclosure, for added privacy.
