During your stay at our Windsor Hills vacation rental you’ll have several items for the littlest members of your group FREE for your use.

Most vacation rentals in the area don’t offer many baby items for your use during your stay. In fact some even want to charge extra for baby equipment. We felt it made sense to offer a good assortment of baby items and to offer them for free during our guests’ stay.

That way you won’t need to spend more money renting baby equipment for your stay.

The baby equipment includes 2 folding baby cribs with upgraded 3 inch mattresses, a wooden high chair, a foldable high chair, 2 pack n plays, a jogging stroller, a lightweight stroller, excersaucer, booster seat, baby bottle sterilizer, 3 sets of bed-rails, baby monitor and a baby gate.

Baby Monitor

The baby monitor is a The First Years Crisp and Clear Audio Monitor and can be found in the second floor king sized bedroom (the green room) along with the crib and baby gate.

Jogging Stroller

The jogging stroller is a Graco FastAction Fold Jogger Stroller and can be found in the laundry room closet.

ExerSaucer

The exersaucer is the Evenflo Exersaucer Triple Entertainer – Fun Life In The Amazon. It can be found in the laundry room closet.

The exersaucer can be used from approximately 4 months of age to walking age.

Please do not use the exersaucer if:

Your child can walk
Is over 30″ (76cm) tall
Can stand flat-footed in the exersaucer in the highest adjustment level
Can climb out of the exersaucer

High Chairs

We have two high chairs, a foldable Even Flo high chair and a wooden high chair. The foldable high hair is folded in the laundry room closet and the wooden high chair is also in the laundry room next to the dryer.

The wooden high chair is located in the laundry room next to the dryer. It can be adjusted for children of different ages.

The foldable high chair can be found folded in the laundry room closet.

Pack-n-Plays

We have two pack-n-plays that you can use, the Graco (blue pack n play in a blue carry bag) and the Graco Pack n Play Tot Block Playard (multi-colored in the red carry bag), both of which can be found folded in the laundry room closet.

Baby Gate

The baby gate is located in the second floor king sized bedroom closet (the green room) along with the crib and baby monitor.

There are permanent hinges located at the top of the stairs that allow the baby gate to be easily opened and closed as well as ensuring that the little ones are safely protected from the stairs.

Baby Bottle Sterilizer

The baby bottle sterilizer is the Munchkin Steam Guard™ Electric Sterilizer and can be found in the pantry, which is the closet that is located to the left of the refrigerator in the kitchen.

Baby Rollercoaster Table

The Traffic Jam Rollercoaster Table lets kids experience the excitement and the hustle and bustle of city life.

Vehicles such as a passenger car, police car, fire engine, mail truck, bus and ambulance travel the roadways trying to get to their various destinations

The traffic jam rollercoaster table is kept in the laundry room closet along with most of the other baby gear.

The table is for ages 2 and over.

Baby Cribs

The two baby cribs can be found in the second floor king bedroom (the Green room) closet along with the baby monitor and the baby gate.

Booster Seat

Booster Seat has a feeding tray you can sanitize right in the dishwasher and smooth easy-wipe surfaces.

The booster seat can be found in the laundry room closet on the first floor.

Bed Rails

There are 3 sets of bed rails in the closets of both the twin bedrooms. The bedrails are the Regalo Swing Down Double-Sided Bed Rails.

The bedrails are intended for children 2 to 5 years of age.
