Windsor Hills Recreation Area
The recreation area is where you’ll find the volleyball court, basketball court, tennis courts, putting green and charcoal Barbecue grills.
Next to the recreation park is the parking area for the over-sized vehicles and overflow parking.
The overflow parking is where you would park any additional cars, Windsor Hills only allows two cars to be parked in a private homes driveway. This is one of the two Windsor Hills Parking lots, the other is at the clubhouse.
The recreation area is about a 7 minute walk from the villa.
Windsor Hills Recreation Area Hours
The Windsor Hills recreation hours of operation are between 8AM – 10PM daily. That includes the putting green, tennis courts, volleyball court and basketball courts.
The Putting Green
To rent a putter you’ll just need to give them a refundable deposit.
The Volleyball Court
You can rent a volleyball from the welcome center for free. You’ll need to to give them a refundable deposit.
The Tennis Courts
You’ll be able to rent the tennis rackets and tennis balls for free from the welcome center. All you need to provide them is a refundable deposit.
The Basketball Court
You can rent a basketball for free from the welcome center. All you’ll need to give them is a refundable deposit.
Where Is The Windsor Hills Recreation Area
How To Get From Villa By The Castle To The Recreation Area
To get to the recreation park from your Orlando vacation rental:
- make a left when coming out the front door and keep walking until you get to Comrow Street
- make a right on Comrow Street
- The entrance to the Windsor Hills Recreation Area is down the first road on your left.
The volleyball court is located to the right of the putting green and the tennis courts and basketball courts are both located behind them.
